Each 60 minute session combines Yoga poses with fat burning
techniques to lose weight and get fit. Light hand weights no
more than 3lbs and a Yoga floor mat are needed.

The Lake Effect Cooperative Ministries is a group of United for

Methodist churches in the area) invites you to their Annual Picnic
on September 19th from noon until 5pm at Palermo Town Park
(County Rte 45 –west of State Rte 3)
Bring a covered dish to share! This picnic is for all people in the
churches. Come and meet sisters and brothers from around the
