Many members of our congregation play an active and important
role in our community. Here is some information about them.
    Kathy Mihalek, President,     
    Joe Abbate, Vice President,
    Greg Beasley, Member.   
    This dedicated group of amateur artists   
    work to advance art appreciation in the
    greater Oswego County area.

    Periodic art exhibitions are held,  as well     
    as a yearly, judged art competition.  
    Scholarships are given annually to many
    promising, local art students.
    The Commakazes is a group of local
    writers from across Central New York
    who meet to share their work and
    inspire others in the creative arts.
    Each and every year, members of the
    Fulton First United Methodist Church join
    together with others in the community to
    hold a walk against world hunger.
    Rich Foultz helps the American Heart Association by
    participating in "Heartwalks" Those Interested in helping
    him can find out more or make a contribution by visiting

    Several times during the course of the year, Fulton
    First hosts a Blood Drive to help the American Red
    Cross in its efforts to supply this vital need to the

Pediatric Aids
    A member of our church family, Maggie Abbate, is currently
    attending college at Boston University.  She takes part in the     
    B.U. Dance Marathon, an 18-hour event which raises funds to
    help the battle to fight pediatric aids. Proceeds from the
